Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Dispatch may take longer if there are stock availability issues, additional order verification requirements, or if the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to circumstances beyond Diivaas’ control.
Once an order has been dispatched, Diivaas cannot be held responsible for courier delays. However, we are always happy to follow up with our courier partners and assist customers wherever possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Diivaas cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact details provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to Diivaas due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or any other customer-related reason, the order can be re-dispatched upon advance online payment of the applicable shipping charges, along with an additional Rs. 250 return fee.
